In January 2023, a very popular feature request was opened: "Protractor needs a better history search lookup."

We are quite pleased with this new addition, however, there are some gaps left uncovered, such as searching Concerns and Inspections. This feature request extends the previous feature request to be more thorough.

Feature Request: Extend the existing history search on the Vehicle page to provide an exhaustive Text search for ANY TEXT shown on the invoice. To be clear, if it's not in the exceptions list below and it is on a printed invoice, then it should be searchable.

This includes, but not limited to:

* Concerns

* Inspections

* Service Packages

* All text added during Post (Paid by Visa, Paid by Deposit, Authorization: 23X558, etc)

* Any text in headers or footers

* Any text in the body, whether canned or typed in

* Any text in the titles

* Any text on labor lines

* Part # and Description text

Exceptions:

* Text added by Print Options Templates, no need to search Terms of Service, etc

* Text below the line showing $ Totals (Total Labor, etc)

* On labor and material lines, no need to make quantities, hours or $ searchable.
