Keeping the tech working on the vehicle instead of in an Event Time is how we generate Revenue. It is the Advisors job to keep the tech busy, therefore they need to know when the tech is not working on a vehicle. The clock in the white sidebar for each tech in the Prioritization Screen is a good indicator, however when the Advisor is busy doing their job this is not an IN YOUR FACE enough warning. We should have setting to turn their name RED (at the top of the Prioritization Screen) or have a flashing red warning or bar to alert the Advisor to find something for them to do.

In the Time Clock Events Setup Screen There could be a toggle, just like with Productive and Exclusive.
