would be nice to be able to send statements and invoices to multiple emails at once if they're saved to the customer profile.

Hi Edgetech Automotive, I think you can already do that. See if this helps:
Put each email on its own line
Each email needs a comma at the end
Don’t put a comma at the end of the last email
