Would be great if the deferred repairs pop up as soon as you enter the customer information instead of digging for it in a workorder. we often book via the tech schedule, it would be help full for our advisors to see that information when they book. In the top box when you select the client and car there should be an option in the top bar to view carfax, history and deferred

I somewhat agree. When searching a customer and choosing the vehicle from their file all you need to do is just hit Edit and you'll see previous estimates and defferred work that was quoted.

This 100 percent is needed, should pop up right after you select the client and car. This way advisors can talk about that at time of booking
