I was thinking that it would be nice if when you looked up a customer it would give different flags. Examples--Slow pay, has a credit, do not want to work for, loves to talk

We do use the notes, but when we are busy it would be handy for it to show up front.

Flags for clients and vehicles would be helpful. We add notes, but flags would be handier and faster. The flags would only need to show on the RO and the contact card.

The new update is very slow in loading and slows done the write up process for minimal benefit...

With the new update, it is nice to have the customer notes pop up on the customer dashboard - the writers just have to read it.
