Critical Memo

Would like to see an option for a "critical memo" to come up when opening a customer contact. Something that pops up as soon as you open the contact or vehicle that you have to click closed, forcing you to read it. For example if a customer has special modifications or alterations that affect repairs, would be nice to see that immediately when starting an appt or RO. Also would be helpful for personal notes (for example the husband or wife have passed) so we don't end up saying something to upset the client. Also would be helpful for notes for next visit (i.e. customer calls and asks, "next time I come in can you remind me that I want to get the oil leak looked at")

Possibly have a switch or switches in the Location Settings that you can turn on or off a pop-out of the note fields for contacts and/or service items like the attach a note pop-out. Also have the capability to bold or color the notes like when creating a disclaimer.

I would love to have a box that pops up immediately when you open the contact to book them in. We put memos like this is customer/vehicle file but it is often missed

Might be simper to just bring up the Customer Contact Card and Vehicle Card when starting a new work order to allow verification or updating information, and then you would be able to see notes for the customer and vehicle. Letting us put critical information in the Note Filed in RED TEXT would be extremely helpful. There could be a setting in workstation setup up to show the Contact Card, the Vehicle Card, or just the note field in each of those cards. Should be simpler than creating a new field somewhere, and each shop could easily taylor to their specific needs per workstation.
