Would like to see an option for a "critical memo" to come up when opening a customer contact. Something that pops up as soon as you open the contact or vehicle that you have to click closed, forcing you to read it. For example if a customer has special modifications or alterations that affect repairs, would be nice to see that immediately when starting an appt or RO. Also would be helpful for personal notes (for example the husband or wife have passed) so we don't end up saying something to upset the client. Also would be helpful for notes for next visit (i.e. customer calls and asks, "next time I come in can you remind me that I want to get the oil leak looked at")
