The ability to post return core and warranty credits onto supplier invoices before the customer invoice is closed. We are not a "same day" operation and do have some lengthy rebuild projects and often have supplier invoices to post and reconcile before we are able to post and close a customer invoice. It would be great to be able to post return core and warranty credits the same way we post received parts, as they happen.

100%! Being told "well you just have to post it as a found item then later on remember which one that was" is an awful response to this problem, especially for good size shops with multiple service writers.

Yes agree, another scenario is with national accounts, it may take a week or better to get all your approvals. Mean while a supplier has been here 2 -3 times and you can't process your core returns.
