It would be nice to be able to mark a repair order as authorized without having to assign a technician to it. Sometimes the work is authorized at the drop and we don't know which tech will be doing the work.

We have a tech called Dispatch for this reason.

We have an "employee" named Technician so that we can mark work as approved and then move it to the proper tech once we figure out who's going to work on the vehicle.
