When running month-end statements, we need the ability to:

Batch print invoices with statements for all receivables customers within a specified date range, without opening each customer account or invoice individually.

Choose Print, Email, or Both for statements and their accompanying invoices, rather than having to choose between printing and emailing.

This would let us email customers their statements and invoices while also producing printed copies in the same workflow.

OR

Fully itemized month-end statements. Instead of requiring separate invoice copies, we would like the option to include full invoice details directly on the statement—not just the invoice number, date, and balance.

Each invoice should show its line-item descriptions, parts and labor, quantities, pricing, and totals so customers can see exactly what they were charged for in one document.

This could serve as an alternative to including separate invoices with each statement. We would still want the ability to both print and email the itemized statement in the same run.

This would be especially helpful to Shops with multiple locations.
