Assigning techs from Prioritization

Our Protractor application can be quite slow on some workstations or, another advisor is still in it when assigning work to techs. It would be faster and less disruptive to others to be able to change techs without having to open the work order to do that. Could we have a drop-down in the prioritization screen to assign techs to separate labor lines without having to open the workorder?

I agree if it were added to the hover over quick tasks "assign technician" like how it currently has mark as complete when you hover mouse over. It does already somewhat do this, but only if the lines you want to stay are marked complete. Drag and drop moves the incomplete tasks all over..
