Analysis tab needs a way to turn it off for Technicians and Advisors as needed.

Anyone can look at the ANALYSIS Tab and see what other technician's wage is. All they need to do is see a work order assigned to another tech, click analysis and see what the cost per hour is. There should be a way to turn it off whilst still allowing the techs to see the work order and the scheduler etc

It has been my experience that trying to keep wages "secret" is a loosing battle. Pay everyone fairly, invite individuals to discuss / review their wages on a regular basis. This forms the basis of performance reviews and perhaps adds some incentive for individuals to invest in training that will make them more valuable.
