Have an on-screen indicator that there is an open recall on this vehicle. It's part of CarFax already!

My last POS system was also linked with CarFax and would show on the vehicle info section of the work order (on screen only) that, according to CarFax, there was an open recall. This was helpful to #1 make sure the recall was not related to the current visit and #2 we could inform/remind the customer that their vehicle has an open recall. Many times, they did not know and were thankful that we told them about it. It also saved unneeded repairs that were covered by the recall.
