We are currently using external AI programs to help draft diagnostic stories and polish technician notes, which has been a complete game changer for our shop's workflow.

I would love to see a native integration within Protractor that allows these tools to access work order data directly. This would eliminate the need to constantly cut and paste information between programs, making our service writing process much more efficient.
