We would like to see the VIN (or last 8) included on the Work in progress screen \ click on the work order and the quick view screen appears on the right side. We have many fleet vehicles coming in with the same make, model and year so we track on key tags the last 6 of the VIN. Having the VIN or partial VIN can help our service writing quickly verify he has the correct vehicle when ordering parts without cluttering up the left hand line and having our tech get out of the work order in the middle of a job. Could this become an option to add in preferences?
