Can we have the option to add a service package multiple times? It deletes multiples in the history section.

We have a job "alternate parts" and put those choices in that job line.

Are you talking about deferred service packages? You can add multiple service packages. We do it often, especially for multiple options what-ifs (brand X, vs Y vs Z). However, if you defer these what-ifs, the defer section will only keep one of these service packages.
