Activate/Deactivate Vehicles

It would be nice to have a way to mark deactivated, sold, or single visit vehicles. Often we deal with Body Shops, other Mechanical Shops, or Second Hand Dealers, and they will have a vehicle in once or maybe twice for repairs. It would be nice to be able to deactivate, but not delete these old vehicles, so that their history is still intact, but we don't have a list a mile long under that contact.

This is a very necessary improvement for many reasons. We currently put an asterisk in front of the license plate and mark the vehicle No Email and No Post Card.
If it is an inactive Contact we Mark No Messages, No Email, No Post Card and have an Attribute for No Mailers, or Mailers OK (could use Active and Inactive), but all of that is cumbersome for the Advisor, would be much more effective and efficient if One Field took care of all of it.

We recommend making additional contacts like 'sold vehicles' etc you can move them too. That way you keep history but you don't clutter your primary contacts.
