We are being plagued with account issues where payments are duplicating or showing balances due when payment in full has been entered. I have submitted the issues about three times now. I was told a fix had been applied but accounting issues persist.

This is a major problem that need fixed immediately. I am about to run statement and I have no confidence that the balances are correct.
