When searching for a contact having the ability to see if the customer currently has any open estimates would be really beneficial

Search in general must be global and also inside the actual work order! For instance you must be able to search for an item IN THE WORK ORDER like the word "alternator". This is crazy that search in the work order does not work! Please fix this glaring omission in the basic fundamental functionality of this software.
