We can convert Estimates to WOs, but it would be nice to convert WOs to Estimates

I agree, this would be helpful for customers that agree to repairs and then change their mind. Would be nice to be able to quickly just revert it back to an estimate rather than deferring and posting and doing another estimate again. Saves a lot of steps.

Agreed. If the reason for not doing so is security, then limit it to Admin access would be acceptable. Either way, we need this feature.

Definitely would be nice as I have like over 100 work orders on hold, and would like to have it converted to Estimates.

Agreed, would be awesome for us who build out the work order when making the appointment, and the client does not make the appointment, instead of placing it "On hold", we could flip it into an estimate.

This would be a great feature to have. What we have been doing in the meantime is Copy & Pasting Service packages, although it can be a pain for those lengthy work orders.
